The “Functional and Ecosystems Ecology laboratory” at UCA integrates a wide range of experimental and methodological approaches to investigate the effects of air pollution and climate change on biogeochemical processes, community assembly and interaction networks in terrestrial ecosystems, as well as the capacity of ecosystems to provide key services such as carbon storage and soil fertility.
